Hi I went not too long ago from London Waterloo.
It took about 3 hours.

You look at the Eurostar site for the timetables and you go from St.Pancras

They are advertising 2hrs30min, but this can vary on both sides of the channel.
You leave from St Pancras Stn nr Kings Cross.

I went from Ashford International in Kent and it took about 2 hours 30 minutes.

The Eurostar now departs from St Pancras station in London and arrives at Gare du Nord station in Paris. The entire journey takes about 2.5 hours.
